Sara Panseri
Researcher
University of Milan
Italy
Sara Panseri(Biography)
Dr.ssa Sara Panseri PH.D- researcher - Department of Veterinary Sciences for Health, Animal Production and Food Safety - University of Milan – laboratory of inspection of food of animal origin
Sara Panseri(Research Area)
The activity and current research fields are oriented towards the development of analytical methods for the determination of molecules of interest for food of animal origin in order to make research lines in the field of food safety in compliance with current European regulations and related national transpositions regarding contaminants and residues (antibiotics, hormones and mycotoxins, pesticides and persistent organic contaminants) in foodstuffs of animal origin. In fact, these methods have been updated to support the inspection and certification of food of animal origin, risk analysis, traceability, applied to the production of food, in order to operate an effective control of food quality and prevention along the supply chain. compliance with Community and national regulations.
